What You’ll Do

• Provide administrative and technical support to evaluation projects within the National Evaluation System.
• Implement the National Evaluation Policy Framework to enhance evaluation practices.
• Coordinate and facilitate training sessions to boost evaluation capacity among stakeholders.
• Support the execution of the National Evaluation Plan projects and similar initiatives.
• Offer evaluation and technical support to the Chief Directorate and relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in procurement processes related to evaluation projects.

What You’ll Need

• A National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (NQF level 6/7) in Social Science, Public Administration, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in Evaluation, Research, or Monitoring.
• An NQF level 8 qualification (Bachelor’s Honours Degree/Postgraduate Diploma) in Research, Monitoring, or Evaluation is advantageous.
• Knowledge of evaluation and research practices, with strong report-writing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, paired with exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Proficient computer literacy and project management skills.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to work independently while being a reliable team player.
