What You’ll Do

• Render production services in drilling and construction for agricultural projects.
• Produce boreholes and construct agricultural infrastructure in line with specifications.
• Prepare access roads at construction and drilling sites to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Construct, erect, and repair disease control fences to safeguard agricultural areas.
• Operate specialized drilling and earthmoving equipment safely and efficiently.
• Transport, load, and offload materials, goods, and equipment as required.
• Provide transportation for officials to various locations as needed.
• Implement safety and precautionary measures to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain drilling and construction equipment, ensuring it is serviced according to schedule.
• Inspect equipment regularly, reporting any defects and keeping accurate job records.

What You’ll Need

• Valid NQF Level 3 qualification (Grade 10 certificate).
• A minimum of five years’ experience in driving, operating, and drilling.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations pertaining to the job.
• Proficiency in the proper use of tools and equipment.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members.
• Good judgment skills, with excellent hearing and vision.
