What You’ll Do
- Oversee the provision of legal services to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.

- Ensure adherence to public sector regulatory requirements and governance frameworks.
What You’ll Need
- NQF level 7 qualification in LLB/B. Proc, as recognized by SAQA.
- A minimum of 5 years’ appropriate post-qualification legal experience.
- Valid driver’s license (not required for individuals with disabilities).
- In-depth knowledge of public sector regulations, including PFMA, MFMA, and others.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, drafting, presentation, and reporting abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
