What You’ll Do
- Manage all Supply Chain Management functions, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee inventory control and warehouse management activities.
- Prepare accurate financial reports and assist in compiling Interim and Annual Financial Statements.
- Supervise the clearance of Asset and Liabilities accounts, and manage sundry payments.
- Ensure timely preparation of relevant reports regarding budget versus expenditure.
- Authorize BAS/Logis payments, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Provide effective supervision of financial management processes, including creditor payments and journal entries.
- Complete all Revenue-related monthly reporting and authorize revenue transaction systems.
- Assist in contract management related to Supply Chain and Finance responsibilities.
- Implement sound Labour practices within the department.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum educational qualification of a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in Supply Chain Management, Finance, and Patient Administration.
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience with BAS, LOGIS, Clinicom, and Account Receivables Systems.
- Experience in budget control and management of Assets and Liabilities accounts.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience in a financial context.
- A valid (Code B/EB) driver’s license and willingness to travel within the West Coast District.
- Strong organizational, managerial, and leadership skills, with an aptitude for financial figures.
- Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and financial management systems.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, essential for team collaboration and reporting.
