What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12/Senior Certificate
  • A Grade C Security Certificate from PSIRA
  • A minimum of 12 months of security experience
  • Knowledge of the Access to Public Premises and Vehicles Act, evacuation procedures, and Minimum Information Security Standards
  • Understanding of PSIRA procedures, Batho Pele Principles, and Public Service Regulations Act
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective interpersonal relations and problem-solving abilities
  • Computer literacy and planning skills
  • Analytical skills to assess and respond to security situations
