What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and receptionist support to the Senior Manager.
- Manage the Senior Manager’s diary, prioritizing appointments and scheduling meetings.
- Receive and screen telephone calls, ensuring effective communication flow.
- Organize documentation flow, ensuring all necessary materials are available for meetings.
- Prepare agendas, record minutes, and draft correspondence such as letters and reports.
- Manage logistical support for travel, accommodation, and processing claims.
- Arrange meetings, workshops, and events, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain filing systems and administer leave registers for the office.
- Stay updated on departmental policies and procedures to ensure efficient support.
What You’ll Need
- A Senior Certificate with at least 2 years of experience in a secretarial role.
- Proficiency in office management procedures and processes.
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and internet usage.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with diverse individuals.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of departmental policies and procedures will be advantageous.
- A valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
