What You’ll Do

  • Provide secretarial and receptionist support to the Senior Manager, enhancing the professional image of the office.
  • Manage the Senior Manager’s diary, prioritizing appointments and ensuring efficient scheduling.
  • Organize and coordinate documentation flow, ensuring timely access to key information.
  • Perform advanced typing tasks and maintain office equipment in good working order.
  • Arrange meetings, workshops, and events, including venue selection and logistics coordination.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and record minutes, ensuring all relevant documentation is available.
  • Draft letters, memorandums, and compile necessary reports for the Senior Manager.
  • Administer leave registers and manage filing systems to support effective office administration.
  • Stay updated with departmental policies to provide knowledgeable support to the Senior Manager.

What You’ll Need

  • Knowledge of office management procedures and processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and internet usage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse individuals.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
  • Experience in general office administration, document, and file management.
  • A valid driver’s license is advantageous.
  • Willingness to occasionally work after hours as required.
