What You’ll Do

  • Perform secretariat duties and provide comprehensive administrative support.
  • Maintain the diary of the Senior Manager, ensuring effective scheduling of meetings.
  • Assist with minute-taking during meetings and manage visitor arrangements.
  • Organize travel logistics, including booking flights and accommodation.
  • Establish and maintain an efficient record administration service.
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all workplace interactions.

What You’ll Need

  • Competency in the core functions of the Secretary role.
  • Proficiency in English and at least one other official South African language.
  • A Grade 12 / Senior Certificate / NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
  • Relevant courses or qualifications in administration are advantageous.
  • Strong computer literacy skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong planning, organizing, administrative, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A customer-focused attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
