What You’ll Do
- Provide secretarial support, including managing the manager’s diary and arranging appointments.

- Facilitate communication and coordination within the office, ensuring smooth operations.
- Offer reception services and maintain office security.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 qualification (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
- Knowledge of secretarial and personal assistant functions.
- Familiarity with general office administration and efficient office organization.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette.
- Planning, organizing, and problem-solving abilities.
