About the Opportunity
Join the MRTT Graduate Internship Programme, a 24-month initiative designed to provide practical workplace exposure for graduates holding relevant Diplomas, Degrees, or Advanced Diplomas. This program, in partnership with ETDP SETA, is a stepping stone to a successful career.

Key Responsibilities
– Finance Administrator: Manage debtors, creditors, assets, revenue, expenditure, and project administration.
– Human Resources and Administration: Oversee HR functions, labor relations, payroll, and project administration.
– Legal Administrator: Handle legal queries, support legal matters, and manage documentation.
– Project Management: Direct projects, allocate resources, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
– Assessor: Hospitality and/or Culinary Studies: Plan assessments, prepare learners, and provide feedback.
– Risk Management and Audit: Identify risks, maintain risk registers, and assist audit teams.

Requirements/Qualifications
– Relevant qualifications as per specific internship roles, ranging from NQF Level 6 to Level 7.
– Additional certifications, such as a Facilitator/Assessor Certificate for the Hospitality Assessor role, are advantageous.

Benefits
Interns will receive a monthly stipend of R6,000 or R7,500, depending on the position and qualification level.
