What You’ll Do

  • Keep and update the Manager’s diary daily, ensuring efficient time management.
  • Arrange appointments and meetings for staff members.
  • Provide personal assistant support by taking minutes, preparing memorandums, and typing letters.
  • Manage travel arrangements and prepare briefings and slideshows as needed.
  • Handle general office duties, including ordering stationary and maintaining office supplies.
  • Ensure effective communication and reception services within the office.
  • Support office security and maintain a well-organized workspace for the Manager.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 qualification (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of secretarial and personal assistant functions.
  • Understanding of general office administration and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and excellent typing skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain telephone etiquette.
