What You’ll Need

  • Grade 12 certificate with typing as a subject or a Secretarial Certificate.
  • Office management certificate preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Intermediate typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy.
