What You’ll Do
- Ensure compliance of requisitions according to departmental policies.
- Manage contracts effectively and efficiently to support departmental goals.
- Prepare and submit sectional reports to your supervisor.
- Assist with bid administration and provide support to departmental bid committees.
- Perform additional work-related functions as assigned by your supervisor or manager.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of Grade 12 with two years of relevant experience in SCM, Logistics, Demand, Acquisition, or Procurement Management, or a National Diploma/Advanced Certificate in SCM/Logistics Management with one year of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of RT contracts and prescripts governing Supply Chain Management (PFMA, PPPFA, Treasury Regulations, and Public Service Regulations).
- Strong computer literacy and the ability to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Skills in report writing, financial management, conflict management, and change/diversity management.
