The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) is seeking a skilled Researcher to join their Head Office based in Pretoria. What You’ll Do

• Identify key policy and research issues relevant to the NPA.
• Conduct thorough research and evaluations to support policy development.
• Process internal and external research requests efficiently.
• Create mechanisms for proactive, need-based policy and research delivery.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of policy interventions.
• Liaise with clients and corporate services to ensure effective communication.
• Assist with various tasks as required by unit management.

What You’ll Need

• An appropriate B-degree (NQF Level 7) in Research or a related field.
• A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in the research field.
• Knowledge of the criminal justice system and relevant policy frameworks.
• Proficiency in research methodologies and data gathering tools.
• Strong analytical skills, both qualitative and quantitative.
• Effective task and time management abilities.
• Excellent communication and planning skills.
• A valid driver’s license.
