About the Role

What You’ll Do
- Administer administrative functions within the Registry Sub-Section.
- Manage the posting service for the Supply Chain Management Division.
- Control access to records and archives, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure that essential documents are accessible.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Respond to inquiries regarding records and provide support as needed.
What You’ll Need
- Proven competency in the core functions of the registry role.
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official South African language.
- South African citizenship with required documentation at the interview.
- Relevant experience in Archives and Registry preferred.
- Grade 12 / Senior Certificate / NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification (NQF level 4).
- General computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on planning and organizing.
- Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
