What You’ll Do

  • Register and allocate case numbers to all court documents received
  • Ensure all files are served on parties concerned
  • Prepare and manage case files for litigants and attorneys
  • Maintain and update records of return service and proof of service
  • Safeguard and responsibly dispose of case records as required
  • Address queries from the public and parties involved in cases
  • Systematically record court files and manage requests
  • Implement effective case management practices
  • Maintain accurate registers for filing and archiving
  • Collaborate with HR to submit leave forms and ensure compliance
  • Prepare and sign performance agreements in a timely manner

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 Certificate
  • No previous experience required
  • Valid driver’s license (an added advantage)
  • Knowledge of registry processes and procedures
  • Understanding of legislative frameworks governing the Public Service
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Computer literacy and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and be self-motivated
  • Attention to detail and strong teamwork abilities
