What You’ll Do
- Attend to public and legal practitioner inquiries regarding court files
- Receive and process legal pleadings and notices from practitioners
- File and stamp court documents accurately
- Draw and return requested court files on a daily basis
- Assist with the re-issuing of court orders as needed
- Support Registrars by locating missing files
- Perform online court-related tasks and duties
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification at NQF level four (4)
- No prior experience is required for this role
- Knowledge of public service legislation, prescripts, and regulations
- Skills in research, communication (both verbal and written), and time management
- Proficient in computer literacy, especially MS Office
- A valid driver’s license is an added advantage
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail
