What You’ll Do

  • Provide effective messenger services by collecting and delivering mail and documents.
  • Sort and distribute mail and documents from various institutional components.
  • Maintain a register of documentation received and delivered.
  • Distribute internal, departmental, and national circulars accurately.
  • Ensure acknowledgments of receipt are signed for all delivered items.
  • Prepare packages and parcels for dispatch via courier or postal service.
  • Assist with the copying, shredding, and binding of documents.
  • Support other duties assigned within the registry as needed.

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum education: ABET Level 4 or NQF Level 1.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to read and write.
  • Basic knowledge of general work and cleaning services.
  • A commitment to supporting the operational needs of the department.
