What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement the Workplace Skills Program (WSP) to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Administer bursary programs, ensuring that awards are processed efficiently and transparently.
  • Manage the Graduate Internship, TVET, and Work Integrated Learning programs, facilitating valuable experiences for participants.
  • Maintain databases related to all Human Resource Development programs, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including preparing for the induction of graduates and learners, and drafting appointment and exit letters for funded students.
  • Monitor internship reports and attendance registers to ensure compliance and engagement.
  • Assist in coordinating compulsory and departmental induction sessions, contributing to the onboarding of new officials.
  • Organise meetings for the Youth Developmental Programme, including taking minutes to document discussions and decisions.

What You’ll Need

  • A National Senior Certificate/Matric Certificate/Grade 12 along with a three-year degree or National Diploma (NQF 6) in Training, Development Management, or Human Resource Management, with Training as a major subject.
  • South African citizenship is required for this position.
  • A clean criminal record is essential for eligibility.
  • Unemployed applicants who have not participated in an internship program previously are encouraged to apply.
