What You’ll Do

  • Issue and file all court processes efficiently
  • Assist in the management and archiving of court records
  • Attend to audio recording and transcription of court proceedings
  • Compile statistics related to court activities
  • Handle enquiries and correspondence from court users
  • Conduct online-related court duties and manage case flow
  • Ensure compliance with HRM and organizational policies
  • Perform various clerical and administrative duties as required

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualification at NQF level 4
  • No prior experience is required
  • An LLB, B Com Law, BA Law, or Paralegal qualification is advantageous
  • One year of administration experience, preferably in a court environment, is a plus
  • A valid driver’s license is advantageous
  • Knowledge of document management and filing practices
  • Understanding of Batho Pele Principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and strong computer literacy
  • Good interpersonal and public relations skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
