What You’ll Do
- Develop planning and cost norms and standards according to Provincial Health Facilities Guidelines
- Maintain a library of planning and cost norms and standards
- Monitor compliance of infrastructure projects with approved norms and standards
- Promote the adoption of technical and quality strategies within projects
- Review cost estimations and project determinations
- Contribute to the development of commissioning plans and project execution documents
- Prepare cash flow projections and costing models
- Provide input for medium-term budgets and asset management plans
- Update the comprehensive planning framework based on research and new technologies
What You’ll Need
- National Senior Certificate
- NQF level 7 qualification in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent recognized by SAQA
- At least three years of post-qualification experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Compulsory registration as a Professional Quantity Surveyor with SACQSP
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in computer use and software relevant to quantity surveying
