What You’ll Do
- Perform final reviews and audits on project designs to ensure adherence to design principles
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design efforts for seamless project integration
- Manage execution of project management strategies and ensure operational effectiveness
- Oversee financial management, ensuring funds are allocated appropriately to meet MTEF objectives
- Compile variance reports and manage significant risks in accordance with organizational requirements
- Direct and motivate team members to build a competent knowledge base for project success
- Set performance standards for subordinates and monitor progress to achieve departmental objectives
What You’ll Need
- National higher diploma in the Built Environment field; B Tech or Honors degree preferred
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience as a registered Professional Construction Project Manager with SACPCMP
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong knowledge of programme and project management principles
- Excellent decision-making, analytical, and conflict management skills
- Proven ability in financial management and strategic planning
- High level of computer literacy and effective communication skills
