What You’ll Do

• Perform final reviews and audits on project designs to ensure adherence to design principles
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design efforts for seamless project integration
• Manage execution of project management strategies and ensure operational effectiveness
• Oversee financial management, ensuring funds are allocated appropriately to meet MTEF objectives
• Compile variance reports and manage significant risks in accordance with organizational requirements
• Direct and motivate team members to build a competent knowledge base for project success
• Set performance standards for subordinates and monitor progress to achieve departmental objectives

What You’ll Need

• National higher diploma in the Built Environment field; B Tech or Honors degree preferred
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience as a registered Professional Construction Project Manager with SACPCMP
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong knowledge of programme and project management principles
• Excellent decision-making, analytical, and conflict management skills
• Proven ability in financial management and strategic planning
• High level of computer literacy and effective communication skills
