What You’ll Do
- Assist with procurement duties by obtaining quotes and preparing specifications.
- Monitor the procurement plan for the skills unit and ensure compliance with administrative processes.
- Provide administrative support for large and small projects, including reporting on achievements and project progress.
- Take and implement instructions delegated by the Supervisor/Manager efficiently.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 certificate and a minimum of a 3-year Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or Financial Management.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet usage.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
