What You’ll Do
- Assist the Warehouse Clerk in managing stock and inventory.
- Receive and issue goods, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Deliver store stock to end-users within the hospital.
- Rotate stock efficiently using the first in, first out method.
- Maintain cleanliness in various store and non-storage areas.
- Support the Warehouse Clerk with capturing requisitions and issuing vouchers on the Logis system.
- Address written and telephonic queries regarding warehouse management.
- Provide relief duties and support to the supervisor when required.
What You’ll Need
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Experience in a Stores environment.
- Valid (Code B/EB) driver’s license.
- Physically capable of handling stock.
- Willingness to rotate within the Supply Chain Section and assist colleagues.
- Ability to work overtime on short notice.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literacy in MS Office.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and within a team.

Requirements
Minimum educational qualification: Basic literacy and numeracy skills.Experience: Appropriate experience in a Stores environment.

Job Duties
Assist Warehouse Clerk with the handling of stock.Receive and issue goods.
Deliver store stock to end-users.
Rotate store stock (first in, first out).
Perform certain messenger duties within the hospital environment when required.
Clean various stores and non-storage areas within the main stores.
Assist in other Stores when required.
Assist Warehouse Clerk with the capturing of requisitions and issue vouchers on the Logis system.
Deal with written and or telephonic queries or enquiries with regards to warehouse management matters.
Perform relief duties as well as support to supervisor as required.
