What You’ll Need
- Matriculation / Grade 12 / Senior Certificate.
- Certificate in Human Resource Management.
- Knowledge of departmental policies and procedures.
- Familiarity with HR-related systems, particularly PERSAL.
- Understanding of Batho Pele Principles and Employment Equity Act.
- Strong computer literacy and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizing abilities.
