What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and receptionist support to the Chief Director.
- Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
- Prepare and compile necessary documentation for meetings and presentations.
- Respond efficiently to inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain familiarity with the procedures and policies within the office for effective support.
- Conduct research and document analysis as required.
What You’ll Need
- A relevant NQF Level 6 qualification in Management Assistance, Secretarial Studies, Office Management, Public Administration, or an equivalent qualification recognized by SAQA.
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience providing support to senior management.
- Valid motor vehicle driver’s license (except for candidates with disabilities).
- Strong knowledge of public service legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in computer literacy and skilled in using various software applications.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- High reliability and the ability to handle information with tact and discretion.
