What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need

  • A Basic R425 qualification (diploma/degree in nursing) or equivalent, allowing registration with SANC as a Professional Nurse.
  • At least 7 years of relevant nursing experience after registration with SANC.
  • Strong supervisory, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of nursing legislation and ethical nursing practices.
  • Proficiency in human resources, labor relations, and financial management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage after-hour duties as required.
