What You’ll Do

• Provide strategic leadership and operational management for the Chief Directorate.

What You’ll Need

• A qualification at NQF Level 7 recognized by SAQA.
• Five years of experience in a senior managerial role.
• Knowledge of violence prevention and social cohesion in education.
• Experience in strategic planning, human resource, and financial management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
