What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive support services to the Chief Director, ensuring efficient office operations.
- Manage and record telephone, email, and facsimile communications, screening calls as necessary.
- Handle public and internal queries, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Create and maintain a database of client information for effective communication and service delivery.
- Oversee documentation management, including filing, tracking, and updating records accurately.
- Perform general office administration tasks, such as photocopying, faxing, and dispatching items.
- Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, seminars, and conferences, ensuring all logistics are in place.
- Prepare venues and procure refreshments for meetings and office events.

What You’ll Need
- A recognized NQF level 6 qualification in Office Management, Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in providing administrative support to senior management.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Corel applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent record-keeping abilities and attention to detail.
- A positive, open, and friendly disposition in all communications.
