NAM 18786 – Financial Accountant CA(SA)/CIMA – Cape Town

A property company is seeking a Financial Accountant CA(SA)/CIMA based in Cape Town to manage accounting and financial reporting for multiple business operations and entities.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare annual financial statements for multiple entities in compliance with external audit standards.
Perform general accounting functions across various companies and operations.
Manage monthly accounting tasks, including reconciliations, management accounts, and supporting schedules.
Prepare audit files and coordinate with auditors to facilitate the audit process.
Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
Assist with tax-related accounting matters as required.

Requirements

CA(SA) or CIMA qualification.
