What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative support to the District Manager and the district team.
- Manage office tasks, including efficient filing and record keeping.
- Coordinate the District Manager’s diary and arrange meetings, taking minutes as needed.
- Compile documents for meetings and ensure proper control of equipment.
- Handle telephonic and email inquiries from stakeholders.
- Draft and type submissions and letters.
- Assist with departmental projects and logistics, including event planning.
- Manage confidential documents and facilitate their distribution.
- Screen necessary documents to determine required actions or information.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum educational qualification of Matric (Grade 12) or an equivalent qualification.
- Relevant administrative experience aligned with the job duties.
- A valid Code 8 or Code 10 Driver’s License.
- Strong computer literacy in the MS Office package.
- Willingness to travel between EMS districts and engage with external stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
