About the Opportunity
The MISA Skills Development Programme is designed to empower unemployed South African youth, graduates, and students by providing practical experience in municipal infrastructure, operations, and maintenance. Successful candidates will be placed in MISA-identified municipalities across South Africa, gaining hands-on experience in their chosen fields.

Key Responsibilities
Participants will engage in either a three-year Apprenticeship Programme or an Experiential Learnership Programme, which includes graduate workplace learning and Work Integrated Learning (WIL) opportunities.
Requirements/Qualifications
Applicants for the Electrical Apprenticeship must have a full N2 Engineering qualification with relevant trade theory or equivalent qualifications. Similar qualifications are required for Plumbing, Bricklaying, Motor Mechanic, and Diesel Mechanic apprenticeships. The Experiential Learnership Programme is open to graduates and students from universities, universities of technology, or TVET Colleges.
