About the Role

What You’ll Do
- Provide office support by managing various administrative tasks.
- Capture and input data from records into specified formats such as databases and spreadsheets.
- Verify and resolve missing data or errors during data entry.
- Review and validate all captured data for accuracy.
- Update registers and maintain accurate statistics and records.
- Conduct regular backups of data to ensure integrity and security.
- Assist in providing information to departmental components as required.
- Organize and secure records and files to maintain confidentiality and efficiency.
What You’ll Need
- A National Senior Certificate or NQF Level 4 qualification.
- No prior experience is required for this role.
- Basic knowledge of EPWP guidelines, the National Development Plan, and relevant legislation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including data entry and management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility and strong problem-solving skills to handle various challenges.
