What You’ll Do
- Provide efficient messenger delivery services for documents, parcels, and files.
- Collect and deliver post between different offices within the department.
- Perform general administrative tasks related to messenger duties.
- Maintain and manage delivery logbooks and document signing procedures.
- Assist with transport services related to the Internal Audit component.
What You’ll Need
- Competency in the core functions of the Messenger role.
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official South African language.
- A valid Grade 10/Standard 8 certificate or NCV Level 2 certificate.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic administrative skills for organizing files and managing documentation.
- Ability to read maps and follow directions effectively.
- High levels of integrity, reliability, and punctuality.
- Willingness to work extended hours when required.
