What You’ll Do

• Supervise and manage neonatal care services at Rob Ferreira Hospital.
• Execute clinical duties with proficiency, ensuring compliance with patient care standards.
• Assist in the formulation and implementation of clinical guidelines and protocols.
• Participate in academic and training programs for junior staff and peers.
• Engage in clinical audits and continuous professional development initiatives.
• Support hospital management in maintaining efficient patient care standards.
• Conduct quarterly performance reviews as part of the Management and Development System.

What You’ll Need

• Appropriate qualifications for registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a Medical Specialist in Neonatology.
• A valid work permit if you are a non-South African citizen.
• Sound knowledge of medical ethics and multidisciplinary teamwork.
• Experience in clinical management and assessment within the medical discipline.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure, and with diverse teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
