What You’ll Do
- Review and approve audits on new engineering designs to ensure they meet established principles.
- Conduct research to identify the needs of relevant health institutions.
- Coordinate design efforts and ensure integration across various engineering disciplines.
- Develop and manage engineering maintenance strategies, setting standards and specifications to optimize operational availability.
- Allocate and monitor resources, compiling risk logs and managing significant engineering risks.
- Provide technical consulting services related to engineering to minimize risks.
- Manage capital project portfolios, ensuring effective resource allocation.
- Facilitate innovation proposals to ensure compliance with organizational principles.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated with new technologies and procedures.
What You’ll Need
- National Senior Certificate.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B Eng/BSC (Eng) or relevant qualification).
- A minimum of three (3) years’ post-qualification experience.
- Compulsory registration with ECSA as a Professional Engineer (Mechanical).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proficiency in computer applications related to engineering.
