What You’ll Do

  • Provide library and information services to the Judiciary and clients.
  • Manage circulation desk services efficiently and effectively.
  • Receive, verify, and process library publications.
  • Update library publications and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist clients in navigating library resources and information systems.
  • Ensure compliance with library services’ prescripts and legislation.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade Twelve (12) Certificate is required.
  • Relevant experience in library services is essential.
  • A three (3) year National Diploma or Degree in Library Science, Information Science, or equivalent qualification at NQF level 6 is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of library and information systems and services.
  • Understanding of Batho Pele principles and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong customer service skills.
  • Strong interpersonal relations and planning skills.
