What You’ll Do
- Investigate misconduct cases to ensure adherence to labour laws
- Handle individual and collective complaints, grievances, and disputes efficiently
- Monitor disciplinary hearings to uphold fair practices
- Provide expert support on the interpretation and implementation of Labour Relations frameworks
- Compile detailed reports on findings and recommendations
What You’ll Need
- NQF level 6 qualification as recognized by SAQA; qualification in Labour Relations, Labour Law, or Human Resource Management is an advantage
- A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in Employee Health and Wellness or a related field
- Valid driver’s licence (not required for candidates with disabilities)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of programme and project management
- Familiarity with the Public Service regulatory and legislative frameworks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong planning and organizational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good interpersonal skills and record-keeping ability
