What You’ll Do

- Review international agreements and offer legal insights on related issues.
- Collaborate with national departments and other state organs to provide legal advice as needed.
What You’ll Need
- An NQF level 7 legal qualification or LLB Degree recognized by SAQA.
- A minimum of five years’ post-qualification experience in litigation or advisory roles.
- Admission as an Attorney or Advocate.
- Proven experience in legal research and drafting.
- Sound knowledge of Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, and the Criminal Justice System.
- Understanding of the Public Service Legislative and Governance Framework.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Strong skills in legal research, dispute resolution, analytical thinking, and communication.
