What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need

• An NQF level 7 legal qualification or LLB Degree recognized by SAQA.
• A minimum of five years’ post-qualification experience in litigation or advisory roles.
• Admission as an Attorney or Advocate.
• Proven experience in legal research and drafting.
• Sound knowledge of Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, and the Criminal Justice System.
• Understanding of the Public Service Legislative and Governance Framework.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Strong skills in legal research, dispute resolution, analytical thinking, and communication.
