What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 certificate.
  • A three-year National Diploma in Human Resource Management, Development, or Industrial Psychology at NQF level 6, with 360 credits as recognized by SAQA, or an equivalent relevant qualification at NQF level 6.
  • A strong desire to learn and grow within the field of human resources.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
