What You’ll Do
- Assist with various human resource functions and processes
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies
- Participate in training and development initiatives for staff
- Help in recruitment and selection processes
- Engage in performance management and employee relations activities
- Contribute to the overall administrative functions of the department
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 certificate
- A three-year National Diploma in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology at NQF level 6, with 360 credits recognized by SAQA
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A keen interest in human resources and public service
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
