About the Role
The National Intervention Unit Operations is seeking a dedicated Administration Clerk Supervisor to join their team in Sunnyside, Pretoria. What You’ll Do
- Provide management information services to the Section Head for effective decision-making.
- Prepare and present internal presentations as requested by the Section Head.
- Maintain databases containing critical operational information.
- Handle basic administrative duties for the National Intervention Unit Operations.
- Manage the Iris system relevant to the National Intervention Unit.
- Conduct monitoring and evaluations at various units within the section.
- Address matters related to the Auditor General concerning national performance indicators.
What You’ll Need
- Proven competency in the core functions of the post.
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
- South African citizenship with proof required on the interview day.
- A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification (NQF Level 4).
- A minimum of four years’ experience in a relevant field.
- An applicable three-year Diploma/Degree (NQF level 6 or higher) and relevant training courses are advantageous.
- A valid driver’s license for light motor vehicles is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of public service prescripts and good communication skills.
- General computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is essential.
- Ability to work independently, professionally, and under pressure, with strong analytical and planning skills.
