What You’ll Do
- Manage the procurement and administration of training accommodations and learners.
- Update and monitor the Training Provisioning Plan (TPP) to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate attendance for national training courses and ensure 100% participation.
- Compile and implement workplace skills plans, enhancing workforce capabilities.
- Supervise and control the training administration support service.
- Oversee the management of human and physical resources within the component.
What You’ll Need
- Competency in core functions relevant to the Human Resources sector.
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
- A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
- A three-year Diploma/Degree (NQF level 6 or higher) is preferred, along with relevant training.
- A valid driver’s license for light motor vehicles is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with general computer literacy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under pressure.
