What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative support for internal and external bursary schemes.
- Process tuition fee claims and related documentation efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of bursary beneficiaries and their documentation.
- Support the preparation, photocopying, and distribution of training materials.
- Coordinate training logistics, including venue arrangements and attendance confirmations.
- Manage documents related to the Performance Management and Development System.
- Assist in the administration and placement of interns within the Department.
- Compile reports and maintain databases related to Human Resource Development.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 (Senior Certificate) or equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge of registry duties and data capture.
- Familiarity with the legislative framework governing the Public Service.
- Strong computer literacy and planning skills.
- Good verbal and written communication abilities.
- Effective interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- A valid driver’s license; HR experience is an added advantage.
