What You’ll Do

• Implement training and development programs for staff at the college.
• Facilitate the development of work skills plans that align with institutional objectives.
• Process ETDP Seta claims and manage relevant documentation.
• Coordinate bursaries for students attending the college.
• Oversee internship and learnership programs to enhance practical learning experiences.
• Implement performance management development systems and integrated quality management systems.
• Develop job descriptions and formulate the college’s employment equity plan.

What You’ll Need

• A Degree or National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Human Resource Management/Development or a relevant qualification recognized by SAQA.
• 1-2 years of work experience in the Human Resource Development environment.
• Knowledge of PMDS and IQMS, along with training coordination and facilitation.
• Understanding of the legislative framework governing public services.
• Skills in planning, organizing, communication, computer literacy, flexibility, customer care, report writing, and teamwork.
