The Gert Sibande TVET College is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Development Practitioner to join its central office in Standerton, Mpumalanga. What You’ll Do
- Implement training and development programs for staff at the college.
- Facilitate the development of work skills plans that align with institutional objectives.
- Process ETDP Seta claims and manage relevant documentation.
- Coordinate bursaries for students attending the college.
- Oversee internship and learnership programs to enhance practical learning experiences.
- Implement performance management development systems and integrated quality management systems.
- Develop job descriptions and formulate the college’s employment equity plan.
What You’ll Need
- A Degree or National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Human Resource Management/Development or a relevant qualification recognized by SAQA.
- 1-2 years of work experience in the Human Resource Development environment.
- Knowledge of PMDS and IQMS, along with training coordination and facilitation.
- Understanding of the legislative framework governing public services.
- Skills in planning, organizing, communication, computer literacy, flexibility, customer care, report writing, and teamwork.
