What You’ll Do
- Manage administration related to personnel provisioning and maintenance
- Oversee absenteeism management and service terminations
- Assist with human resource utilization and disciplinary matters
- Ensure compliance with relevant prescripts applicable to the Public Service
- Support the development and implementation of HR processes and policies
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification
- At least four (4) years of experience in human resources
- A three (3) year Diploma/Degree (NQF level 6 or higher) is an advantage
- Proficiency in English and one other official language
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- General computer literacy, including MS Office applications
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
