What You’ll Do

  • Manage administration related to personnel provisioning and maintenance
  • Oversee absenteeism management and service terminations
  • Assist with human resource utilization and disciplinary matters
  • Ensure compliance with relevant prescripts applicable to the Public Service
  • Support the development and implementation of HR processes and policies

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification
  • At least four (4) years of experience in human resources
  • A three (3) year Diploma/Degree (NQF level 6 or higher) is an advantage
  • Proficiency in English and one other official language
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • General computer literacy, including MS Office applications
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
