What You’ll Do
- Supervise and monitor administrative support services at the police station.
- Ensure effective management of human, physical, and financial resources.
- Organise and participate in conferences and meetings to facilitate communication and collaboration.
- Provide guidance and leadership to junior staff in the human resources department.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to support decision-making processes.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of four (4) years of experience in human resources or a related field.
- A relevant three (3) year Diploma or Degree (NQF level 6 or higher).
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- General computer literacy, including MS Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A valid driver’s license for light motor vehicles.
