What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement the Integrity Management Implementation Plan.
  • Enhance support and coordination for integrity management efforts.
  • Prepare presentations for the Ethics Coordinators Forum.
  • Supervise the submission of Financial Disclosures for various levels of staff.
  • Process applications related to Other Remunerative Work (ORW) and detect conflicts of interest.
  • Manage gift register submissions and ensure compliance with ethical standards.
  • Facilitate Ethics and Fraud Risk assessments within the department.
  • Oversee data integrity and personnel administration within the Supply Chain Management division.
  • Coordinate recruitment, selection, and appointment processes for new employees.
  • Administer rank translations and probation processes for personnel.
  • Handle acting appointments, allowances, and transfers within the division.
  • Manage the administration process for Service Decorations, Medals, and Cash Bonus applications.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience in human resources or administration.
  • A three-year Diploma/Degree (NQF Level 6 or higher) is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
  • Valid driver’s license for light motor vehicles is beneficial.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant public service prescripts and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and professionally.
  • Competency in report writing, problem-solving, planning, and administration.
