What You’ll Do
- Monitor and facilitate strategic planning within the Human Resource Management Division.
- Conduct performance evaluations to ensure high standards of service delivery.
- Supervise and coordinate specific administrative tasks in the section.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance departmental efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and support to staff to promote professional development.
- Ensure compliance with relevant prescripts applicable to the Public Service.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
- Knowledge of relevant prescripts applicable to the Public Service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- General computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Competency in report writing, presentation, problem-solving, planning, and organization.
