What You’ll Do
- Supervise the administration of discipline processes to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Oversee the finalization of investigations and manage cases on the hearing roll.
- Supervise the management of BF files related to disciplinary enquiries and complaints.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the Human Resource team.
- Provide support and guidance to staff regarding disciplinary matters and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to disciplinary actions.
What You’ll Need
- Grade 12 / Senior Certificate / NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification (NQF level 4 as recognized by SAQA).
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant prescripts applicable to the Public Service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to report and present effectively.
- General computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Competency in problem-solving, planning, organizing, and administration skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to extend hours as needed.
